ABOUT TRANQUIL YOGA

TYPES OF YOGA OFFERED: GENTLE / BEGINNER / HATHA / KIDS / RESTORATIVE

As a yoga instructor, I strive to bring a sense of calm and mindfulness to each of my classes. Through intention, pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), and clear, concise alignment cues, my goal for students is to leave each class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. My classes are thoughtfully created with safe sequences, tranquil music, and uplifting quotes to encourage, empower, energize, and inspire students. Classes are targeted for your ability level.
